So, this me Pooja Singh an educator, an analyst, an aspiring writer,poetess, blogger, critical thinker and of course student for life. I started writing in 2026, I initially started with couplets which eventually took form of poem and now I do have a book in progress. Hope, I will finish it soon with all your best wishes.
I am often asked about my pen name, which is a girl in the rural city. People say , “Why rural city?Why such contrast?”. To this my simple answer is, these contrasting words showcase the contrast in the society, that is though our society is urban, but the thoughts are still rural. And this girl is living in such rural city.
